Whether Parc Oasis will go for enbloc or not, your guess is as good as mine.

There are alot of factors to determine whether a development
will go enbloc successfully, from gathering the per-requisite for enbloc, to determining the reserve price, to the agreement on the distribution, to marketing, to finding the developer who's willing to pay at or above the reserve price etc.

All of the above takes time, and nobody can say for sure whether it will happen, because any hiccups along the way, the enbloc attempt will fail.
